“Whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two” —Matthew 5:41

My mom always tells me to go for better than ok, to not settle for mediocrity or to just do what is asked of me but to go the extra mile instead. Unfortunately, I have far too many instances where I didn’t listen or didn’t follow what my mom said. 

In those times that I only did what is asked of me.. it didn’t feel satisfying. I know I could do more but I didn’t.

With God.. I know that I should give more than what is asked of me. If one would think about it, there is nothing I or anyone could do but give my best to Him. I sing to Him that my life itself is not enough and as much as I mean every word… sometimes I forget. 

One thing to at least be a true servant of God is to give Him my best. My life may never be enough and there is nothing I could offer to God that I could call enough but I know that going beyond the call of duty the best I could do.

I guess to sum it up, never hold back on God or just do the bare minimum because I know that my God always gave me His best… He even gave His only Son for me. 

I don’t need to be delayed because of people.

I’ll do this on my own if I got to.

You don’t have experience because you don’t have a job and you can’t get a job because you don’t have experience.

So what do you do?

MAKE YOUR OWN JOB AND EXPERIENCE.

Just like some of the big names in the business industry… they did not rely on a company to make them great, they took it upon themselves to pierce through the business industry and create their own empire.

I see an opening and that is what I just plan to do.
